First the drinks - sugarfree squash all the way. No fizzy drinks unless you want hyper kids, fruit shoots send both Meg & my nephew potty too despite claiming to be sugar free!

Meals - keep it simple. Are they fussy eaters?? Do you know their likes and dislikes??

All my kids have eaten what we do as soon as they were weaned, made things easier for me and them less fussy. So meals like a roast dinner, spag bol, tuna pasta. I try to limit things like chicken nuggets and fish fingers with chips to once a week. Is your SIL picky about what she feeds them??

Treats I always have cheesestrings and yogurts in the fridge, fresh fruit and crisps as the fatty snacks. Biscuits in moderation, things like jammy dodgers, custard creams. LUCKILY ALL MINE LOVE FRUIT SO THEY TEND TO SNACK ON THAT opps caps lock! rather than sweet stuff. Hope that helps xxx
